1. Acceptance of the Terms

We may suspend, limit or end your access to all or part of the Site at any time, at our discretion and without notice, including if we believe you have broken these Terms. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnification, will continue to apply after your access ends.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and that part will be enforced as far as the law permits. Our not enforcing a right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier understandings about it. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them at any time.
